| At D&M FITNESS, our focus
is to aide those in need of weight loss, gaining of lean muscle mass,
cardio strength and an overall increase of muscle tone giving you a
slimmer more athletic look. A lot of people want to be "skinny", but
this most often looks unhealthy. Aerobic activities will help burn
away extra fat and make your heart stronger. Resistance training
will help build lean muscle. The leaner you are the faster you will
burn extra calories; not store them. This requires you to exercise
at least three days per week and follow a healthy eating plan to see
results. D&M FITNESS offers the following programs and services to
help you achieve your desired results. Gift

Personal Training
This program will include various strength and cardio exercises.
Each client will be put through a tailored workout and given direct
supervision. We do not train more than two to three clients at a
time in the studio. By doing this we are able to monitor lifting
techniques, give on the spot corrections and make sure that everyone
receives proper instruction. You trainer will give you the attention
and instruction that you need for an awesome workout. The focus will be on getting you to your goals
quickly and safely.

This program includes
various types of conditioning exercises along with running (short
distances). However, our program is as challenging as you want it to be.
We encourage everyone to go at his or her own pace. We'll give you the
tools to lose the inches -- you can walk, fast walk, sprint or jog anytime
you need to and still get great results. We will give you a "push" when we
feel you are ready and are not giving it your all. Although running
is one of the best ways to burn calories, strengthen your cardiovascular
system and being that we cater to people of all fitness levels, we'll
design exercises for you that will not make you feel like your in the
"back of the pack."
Super Saturdays
This program is designed for those who already have a mid to high
level of fitness and consists of a full body workout and intense cardio.
This program is only offered on Saturdays and can last up to an hour and
a half. So if you only have one
day to dedicate to training or if you need to add a twist to your current program,
then implement a $35 Super Saturday.
This program will help take you to the next level.
